    Restorative Yin Yoga & Live Music

 March 28th, 2021 3pm-4:30pm

Scott Campbell and I are excited to offer another opportunity to deeply relax with Restorative and Yin Yoga, to open the body, mind, and heart. This unique and deeply restorative experience will be offered on Zoom 3pm-4:30pm EST, March 28th, and will be made available as a recording you can use anytime, after the live event. During this practice, I will support your journey of healing and surrender with music on bamboo flute and voice, while Scott guides you through deeply relaxing, gentle postures.
For the Restorative and Yin Yoga, you will use blankets, towels, cushions, and pillows that you have at home, and we will be surrendering into supported positions for periods of 5 to 20 minutes. All levels of experience are welcome, as this is a very gentle practice that can bring deep relaxation and support healing of your entire system.

Some recent Highlights of my music...

Gardens of the Moon is privileged to host Daniel Chambo, a master musician and musical magician! Daniel's music, enchanting instrumentation and voice, are deeply soothing and healing. Please see his information below. Be sure to check out his Musical Highlights in the video above!

From Daniel:
Warm Greetings, Friends! I'm Daniel Chambo, and I make music and guide experiences that help people feel, and be real. I use bamboo/wooden flutes, voice, saxophone, and hand percussion to explore the musical worlds of Hindustani (North Indian Classical), Celtic music, Jazz, and beyond. Specializing in music for ceremonial and intentional settings, I strive to create experiences that deepen our connection to the inner world of feeling. Why?
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Because I feel so much, so deeply, that cannot be named or explained. But it is felt, and it can be expressed. That, for me, is the power of music. It is a language beyond words: that speaks of the great, churning ocean of feeling we all contain.
Let's go swimming, shall we?
